Casa Noa is where Night began. A friend handed us the keys in 2018 with a single line — « Vous en faites ce que vous voulez, je ne reviens pas avant six mois ». We restored it, photographed it, listed it. It has barely sat empty since.
The architecture is simple — a single-floor villa wrapped around a central patio, with the pool at the heart. Three bedrooms open onto the garden ; the living room has no wall on the ocean side, only curtains you draw or not depending on the hour.
It is the maison we suggest most often to families with children. There is space to run. There is shade for nap-time. There are mango trees, a long terrace, and the kind of quiet that only comes when a place was built carefully.
